SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF LICENSES AND PERMITS
A licence to perform road transport issued under the provisions of the Act on road transport is granted to an applicant for a maximum of 50 years. During the period of its validity, the authority which granted a licence or issued a permit for transport for own needs is entitled to control a business entity in the scope of fulfilling the requirements which are the basis of their issue.
Granting a licence is an act of public law. All the entitlements arising from it are directed to an individually specified person being the only entity authorised to these entitlements. The person may (or may not) make use of them but does not have the right to dispose them. For this reason, they may not be transferred or extended to third parties in any form, by any legal act or physical action.
