LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE FOR TRANSPORT AND CARRIAGES
The act on road transport specifies conditions which - when fulfilled - oblige a business entity to obtain a licence to perform national or international road transport or a certificate confirming the reporting of performing road carriages as supplementary activities in relation to its core business activities.
Carriage of goods by a vehicle or a set of vehicles with their maximal weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes in road transport obliges a business entity performing such carriage either (1) to have a licence to perform road transport or (2) to have a certificate confirming the reporting of performing road carriages as supplementary activities in relation to its core business activities. In every case a business entity performs a road carriage which is supplementary to its core business activities and which fails to be recognised as a carriage for own needs, it is required to obtain an appropriate licence to perform road transport.
