ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LAW
The natural environment is under special protection by the national and European legislature. Numerous administrative obligations imposed on business entities benefitting from the natural environment and interfering with it cause that specialised legal knowledge is an imperative.
In accordance with the Act of 27 April 2001 - Environmental protection law which is the basic Polish environmental regulation, an environment under protection covers for all natural elements, including the ones transformed as a result of human activities, in particular land, minerals, water, air, landscape, climate and other components of biological diversity as well as interactions between these elements.
