CONSTRUCTION LAW
Construction law is a comprehensive branch of administrative law, which is made of - apart from the Act of 7 July 1994 - more than 100 specific regulations issued in the past two decades. In such complex and hostile legal surroundings, assistance provided by qualified professionals is vital.
Construction law regulates activities in the scope of designing, construction, maintenance and demolition of buildings and sets out the principles of public administration authorities in these areas. The scope of Construction law (in its broad sense) also covers regulations from the field of civil law referring to investment processes, in particular to regulations governing contracts for building / construction works (article 647-658 of the Civil Code).
