LAWYERS

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, Master of Administration (2008), Master of Law (2009). He completed his legal counsel's training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wałbrzych. PhD student at the Department of Competition Law and Regulation Sector at the University of Wrocław

He completed a research fellowship at the Institute of German and European Business Law, Competition and Sector Regulation at the Freie Universität in Berlin; he also practised in a legal chamber in Berlin. A beneficiary of the national and international scholarships (among others in the Russian Federation) and research grants.

He specialises in public business law.

He is fluent in English and German.
